The knowmad mood group, a leading spanish multinational technology company specialising in digital transformation and listed on BME Growth since December 2022, has presented its audited results for the first half of 2025, in which it achieved revenues of €137.96 million, representing growth of 34.78% compared to the same period last year. This strong increase is based on both the solid performance of the organic business and the positive impact of the inorganic operations carried out in the last year.
This remarkable pace of revenue growth in the first half of the year extends to the rest of the income statement, which grew by over 30% compared to the same period last year. Normalised EBITDA stood at 10.72 million euros, an increase of 33.05%, while the most significant boost came in net profit, which rose by 44.93% compared to the first half of 2024. In terms of profitability, the normalised EBITDA margin remained at very similar levels, falling from 7.87% in the first half of 2024 to 7.77% in the first six months of 2025.
From an international perspective, this area further accelerated its exponential growth, benefiting both from the positive performance of foreign subsidiaries and the contribution of the latest acquisitions in 2024. Thus, the international business has shown a 144.42% growth in revenue, reaching 25.69 million euros, compared to 10.51 million in the first half of the previous year. As a result, this area has grown significantly, now accounting for 18.6% of the company’s global revenue (vs. 10.3% in the first half of 2024).
During the first half of 2025, the company strengthened its capabilities in SAP and Odoo technologies through the acquisition in February of Vanture ESS, an IT company based in Barcelona with more than 17 years of experience in business management solutions and a team of 150 professionals. With this operation, knowmad mood expanded its portfolio of services, opening up new business opportunities. After the first half of 2025, the company acquired BUZZ, a digital marketing and communications agency founded in 2007, located in Barcelona, with more than 60 professionals. Both acquisitions expand the group’s value proposition and consolidate its position as a comprehensive partner in digital transformation projects, combining technology, consulting and customer experience.
“We present excellent results for the first half of 2025, where despite the continuing ups and downs in geopolitics and international trade, we have been able to generate growth of over 30% in all the important lines of the group’s profit and loss account. This exponential increase in results reaffirms our roadmap based on innovation, talent management, technical solvency and operational excellence. We reiterate our optimistic medium- and long-term outlook, with an ambitious 2025-2028 Strategic Plan in which we have the resources and the best team to accompany our clients in their national and international growth and generate value for our shareholders,” said José Manuel Rufino, President and CEO of knowmad mood.
Strategic Plan 2025-2028
In April 2025, knowmad mood presented its new Strategic Plan 2025-2028, which marks the beginning of a new cycle of growth. Among the objectives defined for 2028 are reaching €550 million in revenue and tripling normalised EBITDA to €48 million, as well as doubling the weight of the international area to represent 25% of the group’s total revenue. The plan is based on five strategic pillars: talent, organic and inorganic growth, brand image, profitability and sustainability.
