- For which purposes and for what cause of legitimacy are your personal data processed?
APLICACIONES Y TRATAMIENTO DE SISTEMAS, S.A. processes the information provided by the interested parties for the purposes indicated below, to the extent that there is a legitimate reason to do so:

– Contact: provide a way for you to contact us and respond your requests for information.
– Newsletter/ informative communications: sending newsletters or news of interest to the recipient.
– Events: process your event registration requests.
– Employment: include your resume data in the knowmad mood candidate pool (“be knowmad mood”) when you apply for a vacancy, fill out the form, or interact with us through professional social networks, in order to be taken into account in future selection processes in which your profile may fit and to manage the job offer of knowmad mood.

Minors under the age of 14 must obtain the permission of their parents, guardians, or legal representatives prior to granting their consent.

– Video surveillance: for reasons of security of facilities, goods and, people, video surveillance cameras have been installed inside and outside the facilities so that your image may be captured for these purposes.

– Satisfaction surveys (quality): to conduct surveys in order to know your opinion about the service received and that will be used only to improve and develop our care services and quality management.
– Contactability: sending information about products and/or services that are the same and/or similar to those already purchased and/or provided by the Responsible.
– Social networks: manage social network processing derived from interaction on Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.

- To whom your data will be communicated?
Specifically, we will transfer data to third parties such as:
– Any entity belonging to knowmad mood (www.knowmadmood.com), for legitimate interest, in order to maintain a comprehensive and centralized management of the relationship of the interested parties with any referenced entities.
– Sponsors, in the case of event management, after obtaining your consent.
– Third parties by legal obligation or court order.

In order to fulfill the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, it is necessary that we give access to your personal data to knowmad mood entities (for example to the knowmad mood entity/entities located where applicable) and to third parties that support us in the services we offer you. We would like to inform you that in some cases we may transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Union. However, these international data transfers will be done with appropriate guarantees and always safeguarding the security of your personal information.

Access: The interested party will have the right to be informed by knowmad mood whether or not their personal data is being processed, and in the event that the processing is confirmed, they will be able to access the data by providing them with information about the processing.

Portability: the data subject shall have the right for knowmad mood to transmit his or her data to another CONTROLLER or to the same data subject, using a structured format that is commonly used and machine-readable.

Automated decisions: The data subject shall have the right not to be subject to profiling for the purpose of making individual decisions based on automated data processing.

We may request additional documentation in the event that the request is made for a minor or incapacitated person, by representation, or in respect of a deceased person. In addition, you have the right to submit a claim to the competent supervisory authority if you believe that the processing does not comply with the applicable regulations.
- What security measures do we apply to the protection of your data?
knowmad mood has adopted all the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security and integrity of the personal data provided by the user and to prevent the processing of the user’s personal information by unauthorized third parties.
- Can changes be made to this Privacy Statement?
knowmad mood reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to future legislative, doctrinal, or jurisprudential developments that may apply or for technical, operational, commercial, corporate, and business reasons, informing you in advance and reasonably of the changes that occur when this is possible. In any case, it is recommended that each time you enter this platform, you read this policy in detail, since any modification will be published through this platform.
