The knowmad mood group, a leading Spanish multinational technology company in digital transformation and listed on BME Growth since December 2022, has presented its unaudited results for the first nine months of 2025, characterised by sustained growth of over 30% in both revenue and normalised EBITDA.

During the first nine months of the year, the company achieved cumulative revenue of €192.43 million, up 30.94% from €146.95 million in the same period last year, combining solid organic growth with the inorganic contribution of recent acquisitions. Normalised EBITDA amounted to €13.54 million, an increase of 31.48% and a normalised EBITDA margin of 7.04% (vs. 7.01% in the first nine months of 2024). Operating profit (EBIT) grew by 27.12% to €10.52 million.

The international business continues to accelerate its exponential growth, driven by the positive performance of foreign subsidiaries and acquisitions made in 2024. In the first nine months of 2025, operations outside Spain generated a year-on-year growth rate of 93.20%, consolidating the weight of the international area, which now accounts for 16.2% of the group’s total revenue, compared to 12.2% at the end of 2024.

This progress confirms knowmad mood’s ability to compete successfully in strategic markets and reinforces its model of balanced growth between domestic and international business, combining local proximity with global scale.

During 2025, knowmad mood strengthened its presence and capabilities through two inorganic operations: the acquisition of Vanture ESS in February—an IT company with more than 17 years of experience in SAP and Odoo business management solutions—and the integration in August of BUZZ, a digital marketing and communications agency based in Barcelona. Both operations expand the group’s value proposition and consolidate its position as a comprehensive partner in digital transformation projects, combining creativity, technology, consulting and customer experience.

These results for the first nine months of 2025 are part of the implementation of the 2025–2028 Strategic Plan, presented last April, which forecasts revenues of €550 million and a tripling of normalised EBITDA to €48 million in 2028. The plan is based on five strategic pillars: talent, organic and inorganic growth, brand image, profitability and sustainability.

During the third quarter of this year, the first analyst report on knowmad mood (July 2025) was published, in which Alantra Equities established a valuation range for the company of between €4.60 and €6.00 per share, representing a potential upside of up to 33.3% compared to yesterday’s closing price. The report highlights the strength of knowmad mood’s business model, its track record of exponential growth, its ability to maintain profitable growth and the consistent execution of its strategic plan.
